Roles
- Administrative
- Coordinating all student matters that appertains to the Institute in consultation with the Director.
- Clerical duties including photocopying, receiving calls and letters and responding to the Institutes emails.
- Linking the director with the Institutes customers who are students, lecturers and other visitors.
- Social
- Assisting the director to co-ordinate social events for students by booking venues for their parties and trips.
- Involved in marketing the Institute’s programme through the marketing department by attending social events like the National music festival 2018 held at DeKUT.
